Personal Data: Name and email address

Special Category Data (Health/Wellness): As a wellness app, we collect mood logs, habit data, and journal entries. By using these features, you provide explicit consent for us to process this sensitive data to provide your personalized insights.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase. Our database is hosted on servers located in Sweden (EU). We have chosen this location to ensure your data remains within the European Economic Area (EEA), which provides high levels of data protection compatible with UK standards.

By using Ritmo, you acknowledge that your data will be processed in Sweden and by our AI partner, Open AI, as described in Section 3.
